Before launching Elevare, Kaitlyn was the first full-time attorney at a nationally recognized healthcare innovation law firm where she advised companies at every stage, from ideation to national expansion to exit, ensuring their legal strategy aligned with growth every step of the way.
Kaitlyn’s current and former clients include domestic and international leaders in healthcare innovation–including a global medical and wearable device manufacturer, a private equity firm managing over $30 billion in assets, a leading US health system, and several mid-stage startups valued at 8+ figures. Most recently, Kaitlyn has supported her clients in closing a $48 million acquisition, executing strategic partnerships with large US and Canadian employers, and implementing multi-state telehealth models across the spectrum of care.
Kaitlyn is a graduate of Syracuse University (magna cum laude) and earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she was a member of the Business Law Review. In addition to her role as Co-Founder at Elevare Law, she is an advisor to a women’s health company and a member of the Board of Directors of an augmented reality company supporting pediatric physical therapy.
An native of Oneonta, New York, Kaitlyn now shares her home in Richmond, Virginia with her dog, Milly. Not only is she passionate about reshaping the future of healthcare, but if you ask her about your favorite Bravo reality show, her favorite English Premier League team, Arsenal, or the latest fantasy novel craze, she’ll probably bring the same level of expertise, fun, and energy to that discussion as she does to her client interactions.
